By creating an account or publishing content, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Creator Ownership & Licensing
Writers retain full copyright of their published work. Publishing on the platform grants a non-exclusive license to host and display it.
3. Qualified Reading & Revenue Sharing
Revenue share is calculated from qualified reading traffic only, per a versioned qualification engine described in your Studio earnings dashboard.
4. Community Conduct & Commenting
Harassment, spam and coordinated inauthentic engagement are prohibited and may result in content removal or account suspension.
5. Prohibited Fraud & Bot Abuse
Artificially inflating traffic or engagement to manipulate earnings is a material breach of this agreement.
6. Account Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time; outstanding creator balances are settled per the Payouts policy.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is registered.
